You can read the guide without creating an account. This website does not connect to vehicles, collect driver logs, offer a hosted ELD, accept payments or provide a contact form. Do not submit driver records or identity documents to it.
Navigation and the informational-use acknowledgment work in your browser. After you accept, browser-session storage remembers the notice version for the current tab session, when storage is available. It stores no name, email address or reading history, and the acknowledgment is not sent to a backend. If storage is unavailable, the notice can appear again on the next page. We do not use persistent local storage for this acknowledgment.
Technical information is used to deliver the pages.
Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, including an IP address, browser information, requested URL and time, to deliver and protect the site. Such infrastructure processing is distinct from an ELD account or vehicle-record system.
We have not added analytics scripts, advertising trackers, application cookies or third-party advertising widgets. The advertising placement is ordinary page content and an external link; it does not load a separate ad-tracking script.
Cloudflare delivers this website. Its privacy policy explains its own processing and relevant contact channels. This site does not claim that infrastructure providers retain no technical logs.
A link opens another website.
The guide links to regulators, vendor websites and developer repositories. Visiting those destinations sends a request to their operators, whose notices and terms apply. We do not include account identifiers, driver information or affiliate tracking parameters in the outbound links.
